* The coaches have tried to provide a variety of meets to accommodate families’ busy schedules and to offer appropriate levels of competition for swimmers of all abilities.  There are several meets offered throughout the year but swimmers are not expected to participate in every meet for which they meet the qualifying criteria.  Meets that are designated as “Team Meets,” however, should be attended by all RAC Aquahawgs swimmers.  “Everyone” means that these meets are available to swimmers of all levels.  Some meets, such as the Arkansas State Championships and Sectional Championships, have strict qualifying time standards and are only available to swimmers who meet those standards.  With other meets, however, there will be flexibility so that families with swimmers at different ability levels can have all their swimmers compete at the same meet.  Please talk to your swimmer’s coach if you have questions about which meets are appropriate for your swimmer.
